  我3月18号在淘宝南匠天工摩枭松力道品牌体验店 独此一家店铺买了一根台球杆，在收到货后试打了2天，发现后把做工粗糙，打感也不好，就申请退货退款了，商家收到货后说我退回去的商品不符合退款，店铺明确标明7天无理由退货退款，这不是欺骗消费者吗，只能投诉，我的权益得不到保障，
